The government has replaced Chittagong Metropolitan Police chief Mohammed Moniruzzaman with addition Dhaka Metropolitan Police commissioner Mohammed Abul Kashem, reports bdnews24.com.
The home ministry announced the shuffle in an order on Thursday.
Another 35 top police officers have also been transferred in the shake-up.
